Institute took part in INFOTECH 2008 conference and exhibition held at Congress Centre »ZVEZDA« in Vrnjacka Banja, from 2nd to 5th June 2008. It is the traditional scientific/professional conference that deals with computer science and Information Technology. INFOTECH 2008 was organized by JURIT – Association for computing, informatics, telecommunications, automatization and management of Serbia, together with the Ministry of Science of the Republic of Serbia, National Bank of Serbia, Serbian Chamber of Commerce and the most important foreign and domestic companies and IT users.

More than 50 domestic and foreign companies were present at the Conference and exhibition and the conference program incorporated presentations and lectures on the latest solutions and case studies in the domain of information technologies. Our associate Mrs. Mirjana Katic, head of Information Systems Department in IMP, presented our solution for Information system of Local Tax Administration in Serbia as part of the National Investment Plan for development of
e-Government in Serbia.
