Institute Mihailo Pupin is an ISO 9001
certified organization. We have developed a standardized
system, well-defined and proven procedures and management
plans that are used consistently throughout the Institute.
These procedures and processes are documented and described
in a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS). Quality
standards and procedures cover all phases of project management.
For each phase of the project management, processes for
inspection & reviews, documentation, configuration
management and change management are defined.
By following processes and procedures
defined in Quality Management System (QMS) we are able
to prevent risks right from the design stage, produce
documentation that is complete, available and adapted
to requirements, deal quickly and extensively with all
dysfunction and stay close to our customers and listen
to their needs in a methodical way.
We never accept current quality level
as a satisfactory. Continuos improvement of effectiveness
of our Quality Management System is a process strongly
integrated into the entire IMP organization. Quality Management
is responsible for periodic review of current quality
policy and objectives to ensure its effectiveness and
suitability.
