Most of its revenues (between 90-95%) the
Institute earns on the on a very competitive domestic and
international markets. Only 5-10% percent of total revenues
are earned through public projects financed by Serbian Ministry
of Science and Environmental Protection. Approximately 8%
of total revenue is earned from export of products and services.
In year 2001 Institute “Mihajlo Pupin”
has successfully introduced the quality system management
based on international standard ISO 9001 and became an ISO
9001 Certified company. ISO 9001 Quality Assurance empowers
us to meet the value and quality expectations of our customers.
Leading world companies such as BASF, Raytheon, NCR, and Philips
had benefited from IMP’s solutions and services. Through
a Joint Project Office we are uniting ICT expertize and resources
