Institute Mihailo Pupin’s skilled and
creative R&D workforce assembles 250 researchers (7 Univ.
Prof., 19 PhDs and 33MSc) that mainly graduated from University
of Belgrade, School of Electrical Engineering, and got their Master
of Science and PhD qualifications either in Belgrade or in prominent
European and global university centers.
Most of our researchers have been recruited
directly from University through internships. They recognized
in our Institute a unique chance to be engaged in R&D projects
of national importance, while being encouraged to broaden their
knowledge, take graduate and postgraduate courses and employ their
creativity to the full extent. On the other hand, this recruitment
policy provides IMP with a carefully selected high-quality workforce
that has passed equal apprenticeship training programs and fully
meets our needs by being familiar with our codes of conduct and
standard procedures applied in our organization.
