We act on the conviction that the men and women of IMP will always be our most important asset. Being a part of a vibrant and sophisticated knowledge-based ICT industry, we are more than aware of the fact that how much we know - that’s how much we actually worth. That is why one of the most important responsibilities of our managers is to maintain high-quality structure of our personnel and continuous reinvestment in their education.

Institute Mihailo Pupin’s skilled and creative R&D workforce assembles 250 researchers (7 Univ. Prof., 19 PhDs and 33MSc) that mainly graduated from University of Belgrade, School of Electrical Engineering, and got their Master of Science and PhD qualifications either in Belgrade or in prominent European and global university centers.

Most of our researchers have been recruited directly from University through internships. They recognized in our Institute a unique chance to be engaged in R&D projects of national importance, while being encouraged to broaden their knowledge, take graduate and postgraduate courses and employ their creativity to the full extent. On the other hand, this recruitment policy provides IMP with a carefully selected high-quality workforce that has passed equal apprenticeship training programs and fully meets our needs by being familiar with our codes of conduct and standard procedures applied in our organization.
